We will perform telephone evaluations of your store locations or call centers and use pre-formatted “scenarios” to test and evaluate the performance of employees. These employees are “on your front lines” and they make the first and sometimes the last impression. We will then produce reports containing a summary of activity of your employees’ ability to respond to phone activity efficiently, courteously, and professionally. These observations will also reveal the extent of employee product knowledge and willingness to sell or interest a customer.
