Our Operatives will enter and objectively evaluate the entire hotel property for service and integrity, from the initial phone reservation to checkout charges. This includes a one or two day stay covering reservations, arrival, valet procedures, check-in, guest room inspection, housekeeping, room makeover, maintenance/janitorial, physical property inspection, room service, bellman, check-out procedures, and any other areas agreed on prior to arrival. During the course of a stay, we will make every effort to reach out and contact as many employees as possible. Our programs are designed to fit any size or type of hotel, resort or lodging facility.
